An amusing, ill tempered, broken hearted and hilarious closed minded man with a hormone deficiency and a lack of a sex organ.

He spends his days sitting in a stained rocking chair and watching pre-recorded adult cartoons, writing plays and awkwardly formatted novellas and fantasizing about hostile takeovers and concubines.

Dressed in his usual Solovair 11-eyelet boots and a plaid flannel and eagerly awaiting the day when his unnecessarily costly tailor will present him with customized suits to wear at the heads of tables, academy award parties and to tasteless strip clubs.

Victor is the spawn of a special ED teacher and a landscaping chef, brought into the world and nurtured in the brilliantly rural land of El Cajon, California (where his pet goat and determination of male eligibility Fuzz resides) and has aspirations of world domination (if the goal of publishing a few of his works doesn’t turn out as planned).
